Our why… Our founder, Tiffany, has a child with complex medical needs and was the main caregiver for her ill parents. She understands the healthcare system FULL CIRCLE, inside and out, from both the patient and provider side. She saw significant cracks in the system and has made it her mission to attempt to fill them.

Our Mission

1. Deliver high-quality, holistic, and ethical care, aiming to improve the lives of our patients and restore their trust in healthcare.

2. Actively cultivate diverse revenue streams and innovative methods to generate passive income, foreseeing the need to reduce reliance on continuously diminishing insurance reimbursements.

3. Facilitate clinical autonomy and never let insurance companies nor administrators make clinical decisions.

4. Unite and advocate for patients and therapist who want to rise against corruption in healthcare.

Bio’s

Tiffany Moniz MA, CCC-SLP, Owner & Founder

I love helping others eat, drink, communicate, and celebrate life every day. I started working in healthcare in 2001 and paid my way through college working as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS). I attended attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where I completed my bachelor's degree and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. My practicum experiences in graduate school included working in the acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation centers, TBI rehabilitation hospital, elementary schools, and skilled nursing facilities. I‘m licensed by the board of Pennsylvania and have my Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. During my professional career, I gained experience working in skilled nursing facilities, personal care homes, dementia and memory support units, adult day centers, assistant living facilities, and home health. I received specialized training in 2018 and became certified in VitalStim® Therapy System, which is a non-invasive therapy to help swallowing through the use of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES). I'm also certified to administer the Brief Cognitive Assessment Tool (BCAT®) if mild cognitive impairment (MCI), memory loss, and/or dementia is suspected. I had the pleasure to work with adults with CP, MS, Parkinson’s, Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA), dysarthria, apraxia, and dysphagia. I am skilled in training clients to use speech generating devices (SGD) with touch screens and/or eye gaze systems. I am currently in the process of becoming certified in the field of Orofacial Myology so I can better serve my clients who have tongue ties and tethered oral tissue (TOTs). I am a wife and mother to two children, Dylan and Josslyn and opened this private practice in 2020. (Photo by TrueVine Photography)
