For both children and adults, Speech Therapy Solutions offers speech language pathology services available on nights and weekends with additional travel fees. We do not specialize in any one service; rather, we specialize in bringing therapy to you when home health has stopped coming, when you are on a long wait list for early intervention, when school SLPs have given up on your teens articulation, or when other environmental barriers limit your access to care. Our concierge therapy includes house-calls and wellness services designed to help you follow exercise programs prescribed at your recent discharge from skilled therapy. We do have niche training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT), Parkinson’s disease (Loud voice), swallowing, and always incoporate Respiratory Muscle Strength Training (RMST), and dementia care to help caregivers learn how to support their loved ones in aging in place as long as possible. Additionally, we have contracts with healthcare facilities to help fulfill speech orders and offer professional consultations for other entrepreneurs starting a mobile private practice. Call now for your Fee 15 min phone consultation.
Speech Therapy Solutions offers support for children experiencing a range of communication disorders, including language delays, stuttering/fluency issues, speech delay, speech sound disorders, lisps, and challenges with social skills. For adults facing communication disorders, we provide solutions for those who have not corrected childhood lisps, as well as issues like dysarthria (slurred speech), aphasia (difficulty finding words), and apraxia. We also cater to individuals with cognitive communication disorders caused by dementia, stroke, concussion, or traumatic brain injury (TBI). Additionally, we specialize in swallowing disorders, including dysphagia, characterized by symptoms like a persistent wet voice, coughing, vomiting, the sensation of food being stuck in the throat or chest, and pain while eating. Any past history of frequent hospitalizations for pneumonia indicates the importance of addressing these issues. Speech Therapy Solutions also provides training to utilize a speech generating device (SGD) or Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) device, as well as assistance in obtaining these devices through your insurance and modifying them to meet individual needs.
At Speech Therapy Solutions, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients by ensuring that all staff obtain the necessary clearances, including the Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Fingerprinting.
I love helping others eat, drink, communicate, and celebrate life every day through creative therapy solutions in speech-language pathology. I started working in healthcare in 2001 and paid my way through college while working as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS). I attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology. My practicum experiences included acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, a TBI rehabilitation hospital, elementary schools, and skilled
nursing facilities.
I am a Pennsylvania-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and completed the traditional post-graduate Clinical Fellowship and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) pathway. After years of maintaining the CCC, I made the intentional decision to redirect the time and financial investment associated with that voluntary certification toward advanced continuing education and specialized training, with a particular focus on Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) to better serve clients with tongue ties and tethered
oral tissues (TOTs).
Throughout my professional career, I have gained valuable experience in skilled nursing facilities, personal care homes, dementia and memory support units, adult day centers, assisted living facilities, and home health. In 2018, I received specialized training and became certified in the VitalStim® Therapy System, a non-invasive therapy that uses Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) as part of dysphagia treatment. I am also certified to administer the Brief Cognitive Assessment Tool (BCAT®) when mild cognitive impairment (MCI), memory loss, and/or dementia are suspected.
I have had the pleasure of working with adults with conditions including cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA), dysarthria, apraxia, and dysphagia. I am also skilled in training clients to use speech-generating devices (SGDs), including touch-screen
and eye-gaze systems.
As a mother of two, Dylan and Josslyn, I opened Speech Therapy Solutions with the goal of creating a more personal, flexible, and individualized approach to speech therapy—one that allows me to combine clinical experience, continued learning, and creative problem-solving to meet each client where they are.(Photo by TrueVine Photography)

At Speech Therapy Solutions, LLC, we believe families deserve to understand the difference between licensure and optional professional credentials—and to choose their provider based on the skills and care that matter most.
